Shipping policy

We do not accept exchanges, process refunds or cancellations after order is shipped. Please contact us and we will work to make sure you are satisfied.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at pegorsch@mainstreet-marketplace.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 1PM EST will be shipped out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.
